The CoSpace is a community house in Topanga Canyon with dedicated workspace, gathering areas, and a rhythm of events and shared meals. It is not anonymous desk inventory. People who work here become part of the social fabric of the house — neighbors, collaborators, participants.
Access runs through a membership and contribution model, because the goal is a community that sustains itself — not a landlord filling seats.
WHO IT'S FOR
SPACES
Open shared tables and quiet corners for focused work. WiFi, power, coffee. Come for a day or build a weekly rhythm.
Capacity: 6–8 people
Best for: Remote workers, writers, creatives, neighbors who want a place to work outside the house.
Two separate rooms for small teams, calls, or working sessions that need more privacy than the open space. One of the rooms has huge whiteboards.
Capacity: 4–12 people
Best for: Team meetings, client calls, collaborative sessions, small workshops.
The larger common areas of the house, available for dinners, workshops, salons, and community events.
Capacity: 15–30 people
Best for: Community dinners, workshops, salons, presentations, small performances.
CONTRIBUTION
Coworking access is contribution-based. Drop in for a day or build a recurring rhythm with a monthly plan.

This is not anonymous desk rental. Cowork access lives inside a membership and contribution structure because the goal is a community that works, not transactional seat-filling.
The house is in a residential canyon. Quiet, parking-conscious, respectful use is the baseline expectation.
Room and event bookings go through a review step. This is not about gatekeeping — it is about coordination, fit, and keeping the space usable for everyone.
Tours are the first step. They create room to talk through the space, the rhythm, practical details, and what kind of participation makes sense.
